Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) at SCOE

The Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) programming at the Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE) is dedicated to supporting arts education for students and educators across Sonoma County. We recognize the transformative power of the arts and strive to provide opportunities for all students to engage in creative expression, explore their talents, and develop critical thinking skills through music, dance, theater, visual and media arts.

Our programs are designed to assist educators in creating vibrant arts curricula, implement arts integration strategies, and promote access to high-quality arts education for all students. We work closely with local arts organizations to enhance and expand arts opportunities in schools.
