Upcoming Events of Interest (with corrected link)

We wanted to take an opportunity to highlight some upcoming events that may be of interest to you: 

  • CalSAAS Kick Off on October 15: CalSAAS is a new state-wide system that will use data from the CTC and the CDE to identify potential educator missassignments. SCOE Credentials, ESS, and IT staff will provide a brief overview of CalSAAS during the this Kick-Off; however, the focus of this meeting will be unveiling a three-phase action plan that will be implemented to ensure Sonoma County LEAs are supported and prepared for this mandatory change. Curriculum staff, secondary master schedulers, CALPADS administrators, human resources staff, and credentialing staff are all highly encouraged to attend the Kick-Off meeting. To learn more or register for this event, please click here
  • Moving Your District Forward with Continuous Improvement on October 17: District leaders are encouraged to attend this workshop with renowned continuous improvement champion, Pat Greco. The session will focus on leadership practices, tools, and strategies for building a culture of improvement within education systems.
