Director's Welcome Message

Georgia Ioakimedes new page

We’re happy to welcome you and your child to Amarosa and Headwaters Academies. The Community School Program provides an alternative learning environment for 12 to 18 year-old students in grades 7–12 who are experiencing difficulties in a traditional school setting. Our program serves students who have been expelled from school, identified as habitually truant, placed on probation by the court, or otherwise referred by a school district, probation, or social service agency. The Community School program includes an Independent Study option and a Teen Parent Program.
