"Angst: Building Resilience" -- Virtual Movie Screening for Sonoma County Educators

Angst is an iNDIEFLIX Original documentary designed to raise awareness around anxiety.

Angst removes the stigma and opens up the conversation around anxiety, helping people understand and manage their symptoms, and when to reach out for help. Most importantly, it shows people that they are not alone, and that anxiety is 100% treatable.

SCOE Special Education and Behavioral Health is screening this film virtually for Sonoma County educators, so they can determine whether they would like to bring this support to their own school communities.

In addition to the virtual screening, a brief panel will cover logistics and best practices for showing this film. A range of supportive options will be offered to best enable any interested school or district to easily provide this resource to their community, including hosting this movie independently or collaborating with SCOE for a screening.
