Mindfulness Practices to Support Student and Staff Mental Health

This virtual session will focus on the benefits of mindfulness practice to support teacher and student wellness. We recognize there just isn't time for one more thing, let's find ways to incorporate mindful activities into what you're already doing.

The practices we explore can be integrated into your life, family, classroom, and meetings to support yourself, your students, families, and communities.

Educators will leave with a clear concept of what mindfulness is, concrete tools and examples, and easy ways to incorporate this practice in your classroom immediately.
