Robotics Teacher and Volunteer Training
This activity is for teachers and volunteers who wish to coach K-8 students participating in the 2022-2023 Sonoma County Robotics Challenge. It is aimed at beginners and those who want a "refresher" on supporting teams with Lego robot building materials.
The training has four areas:
-Philosophy of hands-on learning with Lego Mindstorms/STEAM Education
-How to manage and build with Lego robot sets
-Programming Lego controllers
-Hands-on experimentation with a robot driving base using motors and sensors
