LCAP Development Support Series - Session 1
This workshop will be geared towards superintendents, CBOs and C&I Directors, but all are welcome. Series will provide a foundational overview of the LCAP, educational partner engagement strategies, metrics and dashboard local indicators, LCAP 101, writing tutorials, and action training. This presentation will be 90 minutes with time for questions.
Session 1 (September 27) will focus on:
- New February 28 mid-year LCAP update
- Surveys
- Partner Engagement
Session 2 (January 31) will focus on:
- New LCAP template
- Metrics
- Dashboard
