Trauma Informed Teaching Practices
Explore the types of trauma, how trauma impacts brain development, and how to identify behaviors that indicate a triggered response. While teachers cannot fix students who have experienced trauma, participants will walk away with strategies they can implement in the classroom (and virtually) that will support a calm, safe environment, the healing process, and important tools for self-care.
