Open enrollment packets for medical health benefits are organized by bargaining unit and can be accessed below. Each packet contains a cover letter with instructions, descriptions of the Blue Shield and Kaiser Permanente plan options, rates, enrollment forms, and required notices. Please download the packet for your bargaining unit.

To continue your current coverage
If you don’t want to make any changes to your coverage, you do not need to submit any paperwork. No action is required!
To change your coverage
To change medical plans or plan providers, please refer to the instructions in your enrollment packet above, and then submit it to the Human Resources department. All completed forms must be received in Human Resources by Friday, August 26, 2022 at 4:30 p.m.
