Williams Settlement

As a result of the Williams Settlement Case, legislation was enacted that gave county offices of education oversight responsibilities for the districts in their county. SCOE is committed to implementing these responsibilities in partnership with districts and in a manner that provides assistance to schools.

School districts are required to report summarized data on the nature and resolution of all Williams Settlement Uniform complaints to SCOE on a quarterly basis. To find the current reporting period, see the links listed below. Note: Reports must be submitted electronically. Paper reporting is no longer accepted.
