Foundations for Young Learners: Setting the Stage
The SCOE Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) Team is offering a full 1-day, hands-on training for preschool, TK, and Kindergarten educators and their instructional assistants focused on supporting the needs of our youngest learners.
Topics include establishing a developmentally-informed classroom environment, supporting social-emotional development, positive behavior supports, and designing play-based learning opportunities aligned to the California Preschool Learning Foundations.
We will offer the same training on 2 different days for you to choose from. There will be many opportunities to engage in hands-on activities that participants can adapt in their classrooms.
Please join us for either day for this exciting professional learning opportunity!
