CS + First Steps to Integrating Computer Science Using Plugged Activities

The Sonoma County Office of Education is partnering with the Mendocino County Office of Education to host a CS + First Steps to Integrating Computer Science Using "Plugged" Activities Event.

  • Explore engaging plugged computer science resources and activities that you can implement immediately

  • Find out more about upcoming spring and summer professional learning for educators

This is an exciting opportunity for California teachers to be compensated for engaging in Computer Science professional learning and is provided through Region 2’s work in the Computer Science Educator Workforce Investment Grant: Seasons of CS. Our synchronous learning on December 6th is coupled with 90 minutes of asynchronous activity to be completed independently. Teachers completing both components will be compensated $125. 

90 Minutes Synchronous Session via Zoom: Dec. 6, 2023 from 4-5:30pm

90 Minutes Asynchronous Activity: Due by Jan. 31, 2024

Compensation: $125 for completion of 180 Minute Professional Learning
