Strategic Planning for Sonoma County District Leadership Teams

Sonoma County districts are invited to bring a LCAP leadership team to this three-part workshop series to dig into student and district data to identify high-priority student needs.

This hands-on workshop series will use problem identification to help develop a strategic plan that has coherence and community support. This critical work will support and inform all of your LCAP planning for the 2021-2022 school year.
