Sonoma County Office of Education

Virtual CalSAAS Training 2020-21

Curriculum staff, secondary master schedulers, CALPADS administrators, human resources staff, and credentialing staff are invited to the virtual 2020-21 CalSAAS Training Workshop. CalSAAS is a new state-wide system that will use data from the CTC and the CDE to identify potential educator misassignments.

SCOE Credentials, ESS, and IT staff will provide a brief overview of CalSAAS, a tour of the CTC's online CalSAAS resources, and host a watch party of the CTC's CalSAAS Training Module. The CalSAAS Training Workshop will also review the roles and responsibilities for administrators, HR personnel, and CALPADs staff and provide a forum for LEAs to ask questions.

Curriculum staff, secondary master schedulers, CALPADS administrators, human resources staff, and credentialing staff are all highly encouraged to attend this training.

*CalSAAS system users should set up their CalSAAS Training Environment access by Friday, April 10th if they have not done so already. Please reach out to credentials@scoe.org with any login issues*
