Community Mental Health / Family Resources
Improving mental health, well being, and educational outcomes for all students, families, and staff in Sonoma County requires a strong connection between school-based and community service providers. It requires the ability to quickly and efficiently connect students and families to available resources.
SCOE Behavioral Health is engaged in SonomaConnect’s effort to build a comprehensive equity-focused and trauma-informed referral network for students and families.
