HR/Payroll

Pay60 - ACA Measurement Period (for Districts with more than 50 FTE employees)

This report helps employers ensure that they are meeting the requirements for the shared responsibility for employer’s portion of the Affordable Care Act. The report provides detail on employees and substitutes who have worked over a specified period of time (measurement period). If the employee meets the requirements for being considered full-time during the measurement period, the employee must be treated as a full-time employee for benefits purposes for a subsequent "stability period."This report considers employee setup, pay detail, and overrides entered via the Employee ACA activity.

Finance

ReqPay09 - Cancel Check Register

Run a ReqPay09 – Cancel Check Register to determine if any checks were reported in prior calendar year and canceled and reissued in current calendar year. A manual adjustment will need to be made for the canceled amount in the current calendar year.

Tool Tips

Employee ACA - Reload Now will be our best friend!

The Reload Now flag (if set to YES) will reload data for the Org and Calendar year. This is perfect if you made changes to the ACA fields in addons, bargaining units, benefit providers, and employee records. Why is it perfect? Because you DO NOT need to reinitiate pay, the Reload feature picks up these changes automatically.

Make sure to join us on December 15th to learn more about ACA and this helpful feature!

Employee Portal

I can’t get into my portal! Do I have the correct link?

We have been getting a lot of inquiries in regards to employees not being able to access their portal. It turns out, when an employee simply uses Google to search for the “Frontline Portal” it does not bring you to the SCOE Frontline Portal and will send you on an endless loop of entering in your information.

Please ensure your employees and HR/Payroll staff are using the correct link shown below:
