Scheduled Escape Maintenance, October 8th, 6am - noon

Good morning,
 
The Escape system will be down beginning at 6am on Sunday, October 8th, so that we can update the system to version 17.3. The update should be complete by 12noon. This is a busy time of year and any downtime is difficult, however we chose Sunday morning to minimize the impact on you and your staff.
 
For details about the changes includes in this update, please log on to the Training database and review the Release Notes.
 
Please make sure your staff is aware of the down time.
