Back for a command performance, SISC Health Smarts Screening Program will be giving $25.00 Amazon Gift Code to SCOE employees and each eligible dependent for participating in a health screening!

Wednesday, April 3, 1-4:30pm
Teacher Learning Center, Health Fair
Friday, April 12, 12:00-4:30pm
SCOE main facility, Redwood Rooms A-B
Details
- Screenings are free of charge
- Screening takes about 15 minutes and require small finger stick
- All results are confidential and are not shared with SCOE
- Explanation of result range for blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and other health risk indicators
- Participation reward for employees and family members covered by SCOE health plan carriers (age limit of 18 or older)
- Chance to win additional $500.00
- Early responders get preferential date selection
- Screening available to employees without SCOE medical plan coverage but not able to receive reward
