Lunch and Learn: Keeping Fit at Work

08/29/2017 - Come learn tips and strategies for moving more at work, making healthy food choices and join in the workplace exercise demonstration at the end. Lunch served - of course it will be healthy! Space is limited; spots will be given to the first 19 respondees who email wellness@scoe.org.
