Pay31- W2 Errors Report

W2 time is approaching fast! Use the Pay31 - W2 Errors Report to get a list of W2 Errors. You can also use the Pay12 (Employee Deductions) and Pay34 (Payroll Deductions and Contributions Detail) Reports to verify the W2 for deductions/contributions that are reported on the W2. Contact helpdesk@scoe.org should you need any assistance correcting your errors.

ReqPay07 - Vendor 1099 Log

The report provides a listing of those vendors who will be receiving 1099 MISC and/or 1099 NEC forms from your district. It lists the vendor ID/Tax ID, vendor name, the amount calculated from the 1099 process, the imported amount, any adjustments, and the total. This report is to review vendor amounts that are included in the 1099s.

Tool Tips

Have you ever been on a list and wondered what the data in the column represented? Like when you are on the Vendor Requisition list, what does the Loc column represent? Is it the delivery location, or is it the order site? You could always open up one of the requisitions to find out. Or, you could use this Escape tool tip. Just hover over the column heading and Escape will display some information about the column! Give it a try!

Updated W-4 form Loaded!

If your district allows Tax changes to be submitted by Employees via the portal, the most recent releases have included the updated Federal 2022 W-4 form for submitting changes. Encourage your employees to access their portal! The Employee Online portal gives you the ability to make a wide variety of information available to employees. The information is accessible within web pages that are secure and simple to navigate. Click here to access your portal account.
