Congratulations to the 23 educators who completed the first Be a Teacher Cohort!
In January 2015, the North Coast School of Education, in partnership with Tulare County Office of Education Impact Program, at SCOE launched its Be a Teacher program where teaching candidates could work in the classroom as teacher-interns while pursuing their credentials. On Monday, June 25, 23 participants gathered for an end-of-program celebration. Congratulations to these outstanding new educators who answered the call to help address our local teacher shortage. Many are already employed in our local schools! Learn more about the program at ncsoe.org.
