2022 Event Details and Resources
Who: Sonoma County Students and Educators TK-12
When: March 3-4, 2022 (each student/group/class will attend one of the two days)
Where: Sonoma County Fairgrounds & Events Center (1350 Bennett Valley Road, Santa Rosa, CA)
Theme: Sustainability
Pre-Event Training and Deadlines:
- November 19, 2021: Intent to Participate form due (submitted by teacher/project mentor)
- Allocation of spots and your event date will be sent by Dec. 8th
- January 7, 2022: Disclaimer form submitted by teacher/project mentor
- February 2, 2022: Participant Google Forms submitted by teacher/project mentor to articulate:
- School
- Grade Level(s)
- Individual or Group Project
- Name(s) of Individual(s) or Group
- What format the project will take
- February 2-March 3, 2022 (ongoing): Documentation submitted to your assigned Google Drive project folder. All documentation must be in the folder before March 3rd. Please start early!

New: Support for Schools
We are excited to announce a new service we will be offering to STEAM Showcase teachers and project mentors this year. One or more SCOE STEAM Showcase representatives will be available to support your planning through a video conference or a site visit if you have two or more teachers participating. This support can include ideas for launching projects, best practices for success and answering questions you may have. If you are interested in scheduling a video conference or site visit, please email Anna Babarinde.
