SCOE convenes various administrator meeting groups with a goal of sharing information and creating cross-county collaborations among school administrators with similar job responsibilities. District human resources directors meet four times per year to discuss HR topics, including credentialing, benefits, the AESOP absence and substitute system, legal updates, the HR components of Escape, etc. Meetings are held from 8:30 to 10:00am.
