J-13A Waivers & School Closure FAQ

The CDE has created an FAQ with information about applying for a J-13A waiver when a school closure occurs and is not COVID related. There has been flexibility granted to the J-13A requirement for districts/schools that have had to close due to the fire. However, districts that added emergency days into their calendar must use those days first before applying for the waiver.
