Holiday Season Schedules (Department Closure Dates)

The ESS department will be deemed "closed" during the following times during the holiday season:
November 25-27
December 21-25
December 28-January 1
Some ESS staff may be in and out of the building during these times (except for actual building holidays of 11/26-27, 12/24-25, 12/31, and 1/1), however almost all essential staff are using non-work days, reduction days, or vacation days during these times. Therefore, the department will be deemed closed.
Please make sure to clearly mark your holiday out-of-office time on your Zimbra calendar and log absences into AESOP as required.
