You're Invited To Update Your Emergency Info With HR

The Human Resources Department maintains paper copies of all employees' emergency contact information. Employees are encouraged to update their form on file as needed, and submit new versions to HR. The form can be found here.
Omitting completion of any section of the Emergency Contact form is acceptable if it violates a privacy. The form is optional and intended to be of assistance to the employee in the event of an emergency.
