Using Rooms at SCOE

Please ensure that any time you are using a conference room at SCOE (whether a department meeting room or main building conference room) that you have reserved the space in the EMS system. Rooms are at a premium, and are often booked well in advance. There's been recent instances of staff arriving to set up for their events, only to find that the room is being used unannounced for a different meeting. While we understand space is sometimes needed last minute, it's important we do not overlap another booking.
All rooms (including our ESS rooms) are available to be booked via the EMS system. You can also ask the front desk receptionist (x2600), Tara, or Amanda for assistance in checking room availability and submitting a booking.
